Two Brothers Hop Juice!
Next week is a big week for Two Brothers Brewing in Warrenville, Illinois. They are reopening their production facility to public tours, starting this Saturday (Feb. 2). They are opening the Two Brothers Tap House on Feb. 5. And possibly the most exciting is the release of the 2008 run of Hop Juice Double IPA. I haven’t yet had the good fortune of tasting this style, but I can’t wait. Their BitterEnd is a skillfully concocted pale ale with ample hoppiness. I’m hoping the Double IPA knocks me out of my shoes. I may make a trip out there to tour the facility this weekend and see if I can sweet talk them into a taste! If you need directions click here.
